Terms and Conditions

These are our general Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. By ordering from this site you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The use of our site and any contracts formed are governed by Irish law.

  2. Privacy Notice

    Our privacy policy is simple. We will treat your details as confidential, only using them to help us satisfy your order. So this means no junk mail from us. It also means that aside from telling our couriers where to deliver your order, we will not reveal anything about you to any other company or individual. You may elect to have future information about our best offers and products. We will send you periodic newsletters about our services and offers if you consent to this during your visit to our online store.

  4. Returning Goods Damaged In Transit

    We ask that all deliveries are checked on receipt for damage or order errors. Please do not accept the delivery if it is damaged or there are order errors. The courier will return the delivery to us and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Where you cannot check the delivery please ensure that it is signed for as 'UNCHECKED' (we cannot refund on damaged items unless you do this).

  5. Returning Faulty Goods

    Where an item is found to be faulty on receipt, please inform us in writing (preferably by e-mail) within 48 hours of receipt and before returning it. We will issue you with a Return Code and further return instructions. Returned items without a return code may not qualify for a full refund. Damage that occurs after an item is received by a customer is not covered. Also please see the 'One Year Warranty' section below for more information.

  6. One Year Warranty

    All products, excluding food products, carry a one year warranty with the exception that the warranty is void if the product has been incorrectly used. In the event of a valid fault occurring within the warranty period, the product will be replaced according to the nature of the fault. In the first instance, you will be asked to return the item to us at your own cost. We ask that we can nominate the carrier to help ensure reasonable carriage costs. You should make reasonable efforts to ensure that it is packaged securely to avoid further damage in transit. On return, the item will be inspected, and providing the goods have been returned as requested and we agree with the fault, it will be repaired or replaced.

    All orders must be paid with a credit card. We accept Visa (including Delta) and Mastercard. Unfortunately, we do not accept payment by cheque or postal order, and you cannot pay in installments. All prices are in Euro (€) and credit / debit card will be converted by the card company at their current exchange rates.
